Q: Where is the event?
A: We are ecstatic to be hosting you at the Lazy M Lodge retreat acreage just East of Caroline, Alberta. It is less than a 2 hour drive from either Calgary or Edmonton. 
 
Q: What does the daily schedule look like?
A: A typical day may include morning yoga, family pod check-ins, followed by morning workshops, lunch, afternoon workshops (typically two), supper, evening workshops (typically two) and a late night fun event. There may be times where two workshops going on at the same time.

Q: What does my Festival Pass cover?
A: There are twp categories:
If you are staying onsite during the festival – your pass covers all the workshops for the four days, the venue camping fee along with the Meal Plan.
If you are staying offsite during the festival – your pass cover all the workshops for the four days. There is no food or meals included.
 
Q: Do I have to get the Meal Plan?
A: If you are staying on site and not in an camper or RV, yes. The meal plan includes seven meals beginning with Breakfast on Friday and ending with breakfast on Sunday. Food is included in the full pass. If you are staying offsite, we are expecting that you will take care of your own meals. You are free to bring your own food to supplement the lunches and suppers (there are no usable kitchen spaces on site).
 
Q: Can I find my own place offsite?
A: Absolutely – you are free to find your own place to stay. We would suggest AirBnB or VRBO as a starting place for your search.
 
Q: When does the festival start and end?
A: Registration will begin at 4:00 PM on Thursday, June 14. You will want to be there in lots of time to register, set up camp and settle in before opening at 6:30. There is no supper being served Thursday night – please make sure you stomachs are taken care of before arriving. The closing ceremony will be completed by noon on Sunday, June 17.
 
Q: Are there showers and washrooms available?
A: Yes – there are plenty of washrooms in the workshop venue and public washrooms with showers in the lodge.
 
Q: Is there a kitchen onsite I can use to make meals?
A: No, if you are not participating in the meal plan, you will need to make use of your own cooking facilities.
 
Q: Is this an alcohol and drug free event?
A: Alcohol and drugs are not permitted at the festival. We put great care into producing an environment with optimal conditions for inner growth and natural joy. It is also not permitted to be under influence of alcohol or drugs while being at the festival. In case you are intoxicated or under the influence, your access to the festival will be denied.

Q: Are there going to kids at the festival?
A: No – all participants must be 18+ to attend

 Festival Cancellation Policy

Your ticket is non-refundable. However, you can sell your ticket to someone else. Please notify us if you choose to do so, so that we can change the ticket holder in our database.
